Hold the Wave does not require an account, does not use analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not track users across apps or websites.

The app's core interaction happens on the device. Haptic interactions, button holds, completion messages, and usage behavior are not recorded or transmitted to a server.

The app includes an external link to Lumea. If you choose to open that link, you will leave Hold the Wave. The external website is governed by its own privacy practices.

If this privacy practice changes in the future, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before the change is released.

焦虑按钮不需要账号，不使用 analytics 或广告 SDK，不会跨 App 或网站追踪用户。
